Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

Welcome to Alliance Hub, a resource platform provided by Alliance Psychological Services. Alliance Hub is designed to support staff members of partner organisations by providing access to mental health self-help resources and a route to self-refer for psychological support.

By accessing and using Alliance Hub, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

1. About Alliance Hub

Alliance Hub is a secure, invitation-only platform. Access is provided to staff members of organisations that have a support arrangement with Alliance Psychological Services. Use of this platform is a benefit offered through your organisation and is subject to the terms below.

2. Nature of the Content

The resources and information on Alliance Hub are for educational and self-help purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, counselling, or clinical advice, and should not be treated as a replacement for professional mental health support.

If you are struggling and would like to speak with someone, please use the self-referral route available on the platform. In an emergency or crisis, please contact emergency services (999), NHS 111 (option 2 for mental health), or the Samaritans on 116 123.

3. Your Account and Login Details

Access to Alliance Hub is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else. Doing so undermines the security of the platform and may result in your access being withdrawn.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Alliance Hub only for its intended purpose and in a manner that is lawful and respectful of others. You must not:

  • Use the platform to harass, defame, or intimidate any person
  • Upload or share any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to access any part of the platform for which you have not been granted permission

5. Content Ownership

All content on Alliance Hub — including text, images, videos, graphics, and downloadable resources — is owned by Alliance Psychological Services or our licensed partners and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content outside of the platform without our express written permission.

6. Feedback and Submissions

If you submit feedback or suggestions about Alliance Hub, we may use this to improve the platform. We will not attribute feedback to you personally or share it externally without your consent. We do not claim ownership over personal content you may share as part of a self-referral or support process — that information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy and Your Personal Data

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using Alliance Hub, you agree to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

While we work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of the information on Alliance Hub. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or free from technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alliance Psychological Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to access, Alliance Hub. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of Alliance Hub following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Alliance Hub will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at allianceplus@alliancepsychology.com
