Welcome to our mental health e-learning module on change. Change is a natural part of life and is something we all experience in different ways and to varying degrees. While some changes can be exciting and positive, others can be overwhelming and challenging. Coping with change can be particularly difficult for individuals who struggle with mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression.
By the end of this module you will understand the change process better, be able to consider what influences the change process, explore our own resistance factors and be more familiar with coping and adaptation strategies for change.
