Why Join the Alliance Hub?

1. Access Monthly Wellbeing Awareness Sessions

Every month, you’ll be invited to an awareness session session on topics that matter most to the workplace. Real-world stress, sleep, trauma and burnout, to emotional intelligence, menopause, suicide awareness and more.
These sessions are:

  • A mix of live and pre-recorded facilitated by experts
  • Light, engaging and grounded in real experience
  • Strengths-based and trauma-informed
  • Designed to help you feel better equipped at work and in life

You can join as often as you like. There is no pressure, no prep needed and as a Hub member you will have access to replays in our Hub modules.

2. Get Self‑Referral Support

If you ever want to talk privately to an experienced mental health practitioner, you can use the Hub to contact Westfield Health.

This gives you access to:

  • A 24 Hour telephone line and online support for confidential help and advice on medical, legal and domestic issues and online health and wellbeing resources.
  • You can talk to a qualified counsellor at any time of day or night.

No manager approval or explanations needed. Just support, when you choose it.

3. Build Everyday Wellbeing Skills

Inside the Hub, you’ll find practical tools, activities and short reads to help you:

  • Understand your stress patterns
  • Improve sleep and energy
  • Strengthen emotional resilience
  • Recognise signs of burnout
  • Support teammates when they’re struggling

It’s all shared in everyday language that is easy to absorb. Nothing too clinical or overwhelming.

4. Designed to Fit Around Real Life

Wellbeing can be part of your day-to-day life, not another thing on your to-do list.

The Hub is:

  • Easy to dip in and out of
  • Accessible from your phone, tablet or computer
  • Simple, private and designed with busy workloads in mind
